- Manually operated maintenance hatch rooflight
- Opens to approximately 75 degrees
- Dual colour thermally broken framework
- Spring assist opening
The ‘Skyhatch’ manually hinged access rooflight is the ideal choice if you require less frequent access to a flat roof space for maintenance purposes, it opens to a maximum 75° at full travel but unlike the electric version it cannot be partially opened so is not designed to act as a ventilation rooflight.
The opening lid section features a new design with dual grab handles mechanically fixed to the frame and spring assisted openings making it easier to lift the glass lid.
An all new dual locking system has been developed so that the lid section is locked at either end of the rooflight, making it more secure and ensuring that it remains completely weather-tight.
The thermally broken extruded aluminium framework is supplied in dual colour polyester powder coat, RAL7015 Slate Grey on the outside and RAL 9010 Pure White on the inside whilst the standard glass make up features high performance toughened heat soak tested low emissivity glass with Argon filled warm edge spacer bar for outstanding thermal performance.
