Convenience – Centre Pivot Roof Windows provide you with light, ventilation and fresh air at your leisure. Additionally the sash rotates 180° to allow easy cleaning. Similarly these can be installed on pitches between 15-90º allowing the widest possible application.
Installation – Following the industry standard sizes and familiar installation along with the L-shaped bracket roofers and carpenters will find Fakro products simple to fit. Flashing kits available in 4 different formats. (Please call for Standing seam/Zinc roofs).
Design – Standard double glazed with a U-Value of 1.3. Available in Pine and White painted pine internal finishes in a huge range of sizes.
Quality – BBA Approved and FSC Certified ensuring the highest of quality and conformity to building regulations. Furthermore the product has “topSafe” re-enforced hinge for security and safety achieving at least class III safety as per EN13049.
Fitted with operation handle at the bottom. Therefore you can install the units higher in the roof and slimline frames maximize your daylight.

Your rooflight(s) will be delivered to your chosen site within 15-20 Working Day Kerbside Delivery (Free) from the date of order, unless your order is made to order.
Deliveries will be made to kerbside or nearest accessible point, we cannot move the product to point of installation or inside your building so please ensure you take note of the product weight and ensure enough people are on site to move the product from the delivery vehicle. Due to vehicle sizes used we may not be able to deliver to locations with restricted or narrow access, please contact the rooflights.com team if you are unsure. If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note that the Products have been returned to our premises, in which case, please contact us to rearrange delivery. Rearranged deliveries may incur a further cost.
For insurance reasons we cannot deliver your rooflight unless somebody is there to sign for it. If no one is available to sign for delivery, the consignment will be returned to rooflights.com, and you will be refunded less the cost of the delivery.
Charges may be applicable if the courier is unable to complete the delivery due to site conditions.
