Kerbside delivery means that the vehicle will park outside of your property (kerbside) or ‘nearest accessible point’. So this means that if possible and safe to do so, the driver will position the delivery vehicle at a more convenient spot, for example on a driveway.
Due to the size and weight of some of our rooflights, we cannot offer the facility to remove them from the vehicle itself so please ensure that you have enough manpower or suitable lifting equipment available on site for safe removal of the rooflight from the delivery vehicle.
Yes, occasionally some of our more popular sizes may be temporarily out of stock you so you have the option to complete your purchase and the rooflight will be despatched to you as soon as it becomes available. One of our team will contact you when the product is back in stock and advise of a delivery date, usually despatch will be within 5 working days.
If your order contains both back ordered stock and available stock we will hold the order until all items are available to ship.
If you are in any doubt regarding where to measure to, please refer to the following where do I measure to guide, or relevant product drawings provided on this website; if you’re still in doubt contact the rooflights.com team directly for advice.
We offer a 3-5 working day delivery service. Any units where Enduroshield easy clean treatment has been specified will require an additional 2 working days on top of the selected delivery option. Further information can be found in our shipping section.
Our delivery costs are based on shipping via our pallet network to Mainland UK, Devon and Cornwall, Scotland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight only.
We have Glazing Vision distributors in Ireland, France, Netherlands, Belgium and Germany who can supply our products locally, their details can be found at the Glazing Vision website under contacts.
Yes you can – a member of our team will contact you after your order has been placed to arrange a suitable time to collect your rooflight.
Please note that the collection location is at our Glazing Vision manufacturing base in Diss, Norfolk.
You should carefully check the available dimensions and payload of your vehicle as our rooflights should be transported flat and not on end. Please ensure you allow an additional 100mm on top of your rooflight size for packaging, for example a 1000mm x 1000mm (overall weathered upstand) rooflight will measure 1100mm x 1100mm when packed.
All roof lights supplied by roof lights.com are manufactured and assembled by Glazing Vision in our factory under controlled conditions to ensure optimum performance so we do not recommend that the rooflights are assembled on site due to the risk of contaminants or damage. We would also be unable to provide any warranty.
Yes we do, all roof lights.com units are designed to be installed by trades or DIY enthusiasts but we also offer an installation service if you have any doubts. This does cost a little extra but sometimes it’s easier to let the professionals handle it and you also benefit from an extended warranty. Please get in touch with our customer services team who can run you through the costs and procedures.
Yes we do, in fact we can manufacture an almost limitless amount of sizes and styles. We don’t keep them all on the shelf at rooflights.com but if you contact our Technical Sales team at Glazing Vision they will be happy to discuss your requirements.
Yes but in order to get units to you fast we cannot offer all of the glass types via rooflights.com. Our Technical Sales team at Glazing Vision are on hand to advise and ensure you get the right spec for the job, if the glass spec or size is non standard there will be a manufacturing lead time to take into account which we can confirm to you via a quotation.
Yes you can, we’d be delighted to welcome you to our manufacturing facility in Diss, Norfolk. Please call first though so we can ensure someone is on hand to show you around.
