Kerbside delivery means that the vehicle will park outside of your property (kerbside) or ‘nearest accessible point’. So this means that if possible and safe to do so, the driver will position the delivery vehicle at a more convenient spot, for example on a driveway.
Due to the size and weight of some of our rooflights, we cannot offer the facility to remove them from the vehicle itself so please ensure that you have enough manpower or suitable lifting equipment available on site for safe removal of the rooflight from the delivery vehicle.
Yes, occasionally some of our more popular sizes may be temporarily out of stock you so you have the option to complete your purchase and the rooflight will be despatched to you as soon as it becomes available. One of our team will contact you when the product is back in stock and advise of a delivery date, usually despatch will be within 5 working days.
If your order contains both back ordered stock and available stock we will hold the order until all items are available to ship
If you are in any doubt regarding where to measure to, please refer to the following where do I measure to guide, or relevant product drawings provided on this website; if you’re still in doubt contact the rooflights.com team directly for advice.
Glazing Vision offer a 3-5 working day delivery service. Any units where Enduroshield easy clean treatment has been specified will require an additional 2 working days on top of the selected delivery option. Korniche offer a 3-6 week delivery service, whilst Fakro offer a 3-5 working day delivery service.
Our delivery costs are based on shipping via our pallet network to Mainland UK, Devon and Cornwall, Scotland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight only.
Yes you can – a member of our team will contact you after your order has been placed to arrange a suitable time to collect your rooflight.
Please note that the collection location is at our Glazing Vision manufacturing base in Diss, Norfolk.
You should carefully check the available dimensions and payload of your vehicle as our rooflights should be transported flat and not on end. Please ensure you allow an additional 100mm on top of your rooflight size for packaging, for example a 1000mm x 1000mm (overall weathered upstand) rooflight will measure 1100mm x 1100mm when packed.
All Glazing Vision rooflights are manufactured and assembled in the factory under controlled conditions to ensure optimum performance so we do not recommend that the rooflights are assembled on site due to the risk of contaminants or damage. Fakro roof windows are also already assembled. Korniche products are self assembled.
