Convenience – Like the regular Z-Wave Roof Window this electric version of a conservation window provides you with ventilation and fresh air at the touch of a button. Additionally the sash rotates 180° to allow easy cleaning. The biggest advantage of an electric window is it can be installed in those hard to reach areas that would be impossible with a manually opening roof window.

Installation – No additional wiring or exterior control systems required meaning the system can be installation is little more than a manual operated equivalent. The L-shaped bracket make Fakro products super easy to install. Flashing kits available in 4 different formats. (Please call for Standing seam/Zinc roofs).

Design – Z-Wave conservation electric Roof Windows come as standard with rain sensors meaning they will close at the first sign of rain. Double glazed with a U-Value of 1.3. Available in Pine and White painted pine internal finishes in a huge range of sizes. The Fakro Z-Wave Conservation window is a great solution for developments in conservation areas.

Fitted with operation handle at the bottom, therefore you can install the units higher in the roof and slimline frames maximize your daylight. Conservation windows are black external colour and have black flashing kits.
