Kerbside delivery in short means by the kerb. The delivery vehicle will park outside of your property or ‘nearest accessible point’. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to move the product from the delivery vehicle to the point of storage or installation.

Due to the size and weight of some of our rooflights, it is recommended that you have suitable lifting equipment available on site for safe removal.

Our specialist range of rooflights is designed to be installed on an upstand with a minimum thickness of 75mm however, 100mm is recommended by Glazing Vision. Please note that if you are using annealed glass the thickness of the kerb cannot go above 150mm as this will cause increased thermal heat stress.

Yes, you will require an upstand with a minimum thickness of 100mm and a minimum height of 150mm however, a deck can be installed above the roof waterproofing that will be level with the glass as long as it is free draining to the waterproof deck below.

No, the Glazing Vision SkyHatch is for maintenance access only, if you build a staircase under the product, you will not comply to Building Regulations and this could result in a large fine.

The skylight is designed for ventilation only. The VisionVent can not be used for access purposes.
The Rain and Temperature sensor works by detecting moisture in the air which triggers the unit to shut, allowing your property to stay safe and dry. The rain sensor will need to be mounted on to the frame of the product or nearby the roof.
