When will my product be delivered?
Where will my product be delivered to?
Kerbside delivery in short means by the kerb. The delivery vehicle will park outside of your property or ‘nearest accessible point’. It is therefore the customer’s responsibility to move the product from the delivery vehicle to the point of storage or installation.
Due to the size and weight of some of our rooflights, it is recommended that you have suitable lifting equipment available on site for safe removal.
Can I place back orders?
Yes, occasionally some of our most popular sizes may be temporarily out of stock. rooflights.com allows you to complete your purchase and the rooflight will be dispatched to you as soon as it becomes available. One of our team will contact you when the product is back in stock and advise of a delivery date, usually despatch will be within 5 working days.
If your order contains both back ordered stock and available stock we will hold the order until all items are available to ship.
Do I need planning permission for a rooflight?
No, you do not usually need planning permission to install a rooflight or roof window as long as they comply with legal guidelines.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
No, our delivery costs are based on shipping via our pallet network to Mainland UK, Devon and Cornwall, Scotland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight only.
Can I collect?
Yes you can. A member of our team will contact you to arrange a time to collect from manufacturing base in Diss, Norfolk.
Do you install?
No – rooflights.com do not install. All of our rooflights are designed to be installed by any tradesman, builder or DIY enthusiast. If you are in doubt over your rooflight installation please email info@rooflights.com.
Do you offer any other sizes?
